- PROPERTY CHECK -

• We arrange a viewing appointment with you or with one of the persons named by you.
• The necessary documents for the PROPERTY CHECK (land register excerpt and surveyor's map) are procured by us, plans are provided by you if possible.
• We view your flat our house, check it and appraise its current market value.
• Afterwoods you receive you personal PROPERTY CHECK FOLDER, which includes the following important documents:
  • An up-to-date land register excerpt
  • A surveyor's map
  • The appraised market value of your property
  • Valuable tips about what you should consider when you sell your property or how you can maintain or increase the property's value.
• Your personal PROPERTY CHECK can be obtained for € 800,-- plus VAT for flats and for € 1.000,-- plus VAT for houses.
• Should you commission us within 3 months to vend your property and should we be successful, then the money for the PROPERTY CHECK will be credited to the commission, which means you pay less for the commission!

Legal Notice:
The property check is not an official appraisal and therefore it it is not suitable for official presentations to the authorities. But we would be happy to prepare an official appraisal which is valid before court or other authorities for you too. Our two real estate appraisers, Mr. Dir. Altmann sen. And Mr. Altmann jun inform you without obligation. The property check is conducted on the basis of objective conditions (e.g. reference prices for estates, houses, flats in your closer surroundings) and on the basis of our 30 years long experience as real estate appraisers and estate agents. This appraisal is conducted on the basis of an inspection on site, but we cannot account for technical deficiencies in the construction which are not recognizable from the outside, possibly the contamination of the  ground, entries in the land register like right of abode, lien and suchlike. These things are only considered in an exhaustive and complete appraisal by a real estate appraiser.

Our property check gives you an overview about the current value of your property following the above criteria. It is an appraisal of the market value but we assume no liability and cannot guarantee, that the calculated value can be really achieved. It is also not allowed to hand over the property check to other people.
