Buying a property

• We include you in our customer list free of charge and inform you also for free and without obligations about all new properties, which match your request.
  
  
• You receive an extensive synopsis with a detailed description of your requested property together with photos, layout plans, operational costs, etc. In advance we investigate thourougly into the legal background (land register, building authority, overt defects, building regulations, etc.) in order to avoid disappointments later on. For these informations  we are liable because of our due diligence. We check the prices according to quality and present market conditions. 30 years of business experience and the certification as a court-appointed appraiser gives us the necessary know-how!
  
  
• The property is viewed together with you on your preferred date and your questions can be answered on the spot.
  
  
• We would also like to conduct price negotiations with the vendor for you, on your request you can of course directly negotiate with the vendor too.
  
  
• If an agreement is achieved between you and the vendor we prepare an offer to purchase for you free of charge, which secures the purchase of the property and provides the basis for the contract of purchase. Naturally you can choose the conveyancer by yourself, but on your request our trusted notary can deal with this. All our customers are given a discount of 20% on the statutory rates!!! We carry out the appointment management for the execution of the contract of purchase and we provide you with competent assistance until your dream property ist officially yours!
  
  
• Concerning financing we would be glad to assist you. On your request we check your financing offer aswell as other competing offers!
  
  
• For grant-aided properties we conduct all the official procedures for you, supply you with the necessary forms, help you with filling them in and assist you with bureaucratic obstacles.

• If you are planning to convert or renovate your property, we would be happy to assist you with the selection of a capable planner and craftsmen.As a property manager and agent we have very good connections to all local tradespeople and we know, which companies are cost-efficient and at the same time deliver good quality.

For all these services we charge for a successful transaction through our agency a commission of 3 % plus 20 % VAT. In case we do not find your requested property our assignment ist free for you and so completeley without risk to you!
